1. Purchasing Process
A: To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
A: Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please ensure that your order details are correct before proceeding to checkout.
A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.
2. Return and Refund
At DOSE BEAUTE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

A: Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing may take up to 7 business days.
At this time, DOSE BEAUTE does not accept returns on international orders. Due to customs regulations, shipping costs, and handling complexities, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Malaysia.
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your international order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
3. How to Use Our Products?
A: For best results, follow the instructions on each product’s label. Generally, apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and gently massage it in. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized advice on how to use our products.
A: Results vary depending on the product and your skin type. Most users begin to see noticeable improvements within 2-4 weeks of consistent use. For optimal results, use the products as directed.
A: Our products are designed to work well with other skincare brands. However, we recommend doing a patch test if you’re combining them with new products to ensure compatibility and avoid irritation.
4. Post-Purchase Assistance
A: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at +60 17-852 2736 or [email protected]. We will track your order and provide an update.
A: After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the J&T Express website to check the status of your delivery.
A: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
